Shipping & Returns
TROUT MAFIA is operated by Stillwater 22 Creative. Merchandise is printed and fulfilled on demand through Gelato. Shipping charges and available destinations are confirmed at Shopify checkout.
Production
All TROUT MAFIA merchandise is produced on demand by Gelato, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Items are manufactured after an order is placed and paid for. Production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the product and current volume.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, and the selected shipping method. Orders ship from the Gelato production facility nearest to your region when available. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email from Shopify. Tracking reflects the carrier's data and may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for size or change-of-mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email support@troutmafia.com promptly after delivery with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund through Gelato's quality guarantee.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@troutmafia.com with your order number. We will work with Gelato and the carrier to resolve it. Replacement eligibility depends on carrier tracking data and Gelato's quality review.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
